DPU VDJ200 Series High Flow Intercooler

Our upgraded high flow DPU intercooler is a direct fit, direct bolt in replacement unit, utilising the factory oem end tanks and PWR HD Series core. The core has an efficiency rating of 38-41% over factory making this is the ultimate upgrade on your performance or touring vehicle.

These units have now been utilised worldwide in every condition people can throw at them for over 6yrs and while they are not a big front mount intercooler they are certainly the best bang for buck upgrade on the market.

The tanks are all professionally acid cleaned and prepped, prior to completion and pressure tested to 60psi before painting in a colour of your choice. We also do standard Toyota colours, such as pearl white, sandy taupe, graphite, navy & merlot red & custom candy red or blue as colours that are currently in stock!

During our back to back dyno testing this core will regularly see a 70 degree Celsius temp drop after 3 hard pulls from inlet to outlet using a temp gun.
