Diesel Power’s Grid Heater Delete Plate allows for full removal of the heater grid unit and is made to take the likes of upgraded intake Rams such as the Banks Monster Ram and the likes of.
Other benefits include increased airflow, Increased HP, Lower EGT’s due to the increases to the rear cylinders which is normally choked off by the factory heater grid unit and more.

Our Diesel Power Unlimited Grid Heater Delete plate is machined from 5083 12mm thick Aluminum plate and it comes with 4 stand offs for the fuel rail.
This plate is the solution for the dreaded grid heater failure seen across the 6.7s that can see the stud drop into the intake runner and into cylinder #6 resulting in severe piston, valve and head failure or total engine failure.

2014-up 6.7L Cummins have slightly different factory IAT sensor location, but are still compatible.
